Nigeria’s Super Falcons drop points in FIFA ranking.

Nigeria’s Super Falcons maintained its position as Africa number one but drop a spot in the world,in the latest World soccer governing body (FIFA) ranking for women’s football in the first quarter of the year.

Current African champions dropped to 38th position in the world against 37th it was in the last ranking as the Super Falcons garnered 1459.57 points against 1614 it amassed in the last ranking.

Indomitable Lioness of Cameroon who lost out to Chile in the Olympic play off still maintain its position as Africa number two and 52nd in the world while Bayana Bayana of South Africa stayed on third spot in the continent and 55th in the world.

The next women ranking is expected to be released on 25rg June ,2021.
